Investigators serve as neutral parties in interviewing complainants, management officials and witnesses; gathering relevant facts and drafting a Report of Investigation to enable a fact finder to determine the merits of the case. We provide cost effective, accurate, reliable and timely investigations in response to employment discrimination complaints. |
□Management Inquiry | Management inquires are conducted for a number of reasons, ranging from accidents to allegations of harassment to incidents of misconduct. Our staff is capable of gathering facts and relevant evidence to provide management with the basis to determine what course of action to take. |
□Final Agency Decisions | Our staff has extensive experience in interpreting case law and providing sound legal analysis. Upon review of a Report of Investigation, our drafters prepare a final agency decision consisting of findings, for use by the employer, regarding the merits of a discrimination complaint. |
