Mr. Les F. Jennings is the CEO/President of the The LFJennings EEO Group and is the principal point of contact for the firm. Mr. Jennings is a Certified EEO Investigator. He has experience investigating single and multiple issue complaints of discrimination involving theories of disparate treatment, reprisal and harassment. He has investigated various employment actions including, non-selection, performance ratings, disciplinary actions and hostile work enviornment.
The LFJennings EEO Group is a minority-owned, small business, EEO consulting firm. The firm consist of a network of EEO professionals including former federal employees, attorneys, mediators and human resource specialists.
